The Grange Choral Society summer concert is on 11th July at Christchurch Priory. It comprises an eclectic mix of pieces by more modern composers as follows:
Rutter: Te Deum – a jubilant and majestic work for choir, brass and percussion
Lauridsen: Lux Aeterna – radiant and serene choral writing of great beauty and reflection
Chilcott: Little Jazz Mass – vibrant and infectious jazz-inspired music featuring jazz trio accompaniment
Chilcott: Gloria – an exhilarating and colourful celebration for choir, brass, percussion and organ
